Jeffrey Prather: Deep State global cabal is the real PUPPET MASTER – Brighteon.TV

According to former intelligence officer Jeffrey Prather, the Deep State global cabal is the real puppet master behind all of the chaos the world is currently experiencing.

He made this assertion during the June 9 episode of “The Prather Point” on Brighteon.TV. Prather said this same cabal holds the strings of incumbent President Joe Biden and former President Barack Obama – both Democrats.

“So it’s not really the puppet presidents, [but] the puppet master. And the real puppet master is the global cabal – which is the Deep State, the double government which really delves into the intelligence community,” Prather said. The Brighteon.TV host noted that Democrats have no real understanding of kinetics. He pointed out that nothing Obama has done worked, and it appears to be the same case with Biden. Prather lamented that they have no experience, feel or comfort talking about kinetics and with military people.

He said the real problem is that the president – who also serves as the commander-in-chief – is not a former military official. Previous presidents such as George Washington, Abraham Lincoln and Dwight Eisenhower are examples of former military men who eventually became chief executives.

Deep State moving the gears of war in Ukraine

Prather cited an article from the American Partisan, pointing out that U.S. ammunition stocks are almost depleted because they have been given to Ukrainian forces. He quoted remarks by the Department of Defense (DoD) back in February 2022, when the Russia-Ukraine war broke out.

The DoD at the time pledged to increase its production of 155-millimeter (mm) artillery rounds from 14,000 per month to 20,000 or more. The department plans to churn out more than 70,000 rounds by 2025 – a 500 percent increase according to Prather.

Despite the plans to increase production, Prather noted that the U.S. will still be only halfway in keeping its stocks afloat. This is because Washington has already sent more than 800,000 155-mm artillery rounds to Kyiv.

The “Prather Point” host also mentioned the air space exercise organized by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in Eastern Europe. The exercise, which began on June 12 and will last until June 24, is a war simulation against an “imaginary enemy” – which people all know is Russia.

In line with this, he disclosed that the planes stored at the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Arizona are being activated – confirming his intel. Prather said: “All of these storage planes are being activated. They are being flown to the Philippines to ostensibly defend Taiwan, and to Poland to ostensibly defend Ukraine.”

“Now that will not happen. That is to simply deplete our stocks,” he continued, citing the fact that the military is running out of jet fuel for the planes.

“The real purpose of this is to disarm the military, just like they’re trying to disarm the population by making the AR pistols actually go by creating more laws so that the enemies can have free rein. That’s why they destroyed the police so, the criminals have free rein,” the Brighteon.TV host stressed.

“We don’t have the troops. We don’t have the ships. We don’t have the diesel fuel. And we don’t have the rounds to do anything about it. But most importantly, we don’t have the resolve to do it.”
